• Former residents' information is maintained securely and never disclosed after program completion

Intake & Communication Confidentiality

All communications with our organization — by phone, email, or contact form — are treated as confidential. We maintain these practices:

• Intake communications are handled by trained staff who are bound by confidentiality obligations
• We do not confirm or deny the participation of any individual in our program to outside parties
• We will not provide information to abusers, family members, or third parties about persons who have contacted us or been placed in our program
